      DETAILED ITINERARY:
       
     

    Day 1: Buenos Aires
    Upon arrival our representative will meet and escort you to the hotel. Balance of day at leisure.

    Day 2: Buenos Aires
    Breakfast. Morning city tour includes visits to the beauty and wonders of Buenos Aires, view the National Congress, The Metropolitan Cathedral next to the Government House in may square area. Admire the Colon Theater, one of the most important opera houses in Latin America. Visit San Telmo, traditional neighborhood where Tango performances can be seen in many bars and restaurants. Stop at La Boca colorful neighborhood, which was, seat of immigrants - manly Italians - and now home of some artists. Enjoy Palermo, an area that combines its architecture and history with entertainment and amusement in its green spaces. Finally, La Recoleta, an exclusive and elegant neighborhood where the famous cementery is found. Although it may seem unusual, fashionable restaurants, bars, cafes, discos and a cinema complex also surround the area. Afternoon at leisure. (B)

    Day 3: Buenos Aires 

    Breakfast. Day at leisure to stroll the districts of Recoleta, Palermo, La Boca, Florida street and Puerto Madero. You can also experience shopping in Buenos Aires at the various shopping centers in the area, such as Galerias Pacifico, Alto Palermo, Patio Bulrich and Paseo Alcorta.

    Evening Tango Show at Tango Porteno; The golden decade shines once again at Tango Porteño, where the golden age of the forties is recreated; It is unquestionably known as the reign of the tango, the great Argentinean passion. 
    Here you will travel through time in the glory days of Buenos Aires when tango was enjoyed and breathed in every corner of the city. Tango Porteño is a marvelous space where all the stars of the Golden Age of Tango live together. During the magical decade the great orchestras of Canaro, Fresedo, Piazzolla, De Caro, Gobbi, Biagi, De Angelis, Di Sarli, D´Arienzo, Lomuto, D´Agostino, and of course the unforgettable both Troilo and Pugliese developed to their full potential in a wholesome but demanding rivalry and challenged each other at the Chanteclair, Marabu, Tabaris, Tibidabo and many other ballrooms. The meticulous scenery and costumes at the Tango Porteño create the ultimate framework to transport you to that enchanting time when all Buenos Aires was Tango - an unforgettable experience. 

    Day 4 : Buenos Aires -Mendoza
    Breakfast.Today you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Mendoza . Upon arrival you will be trasnferred to your hotel. Afternoon city tour includes a visit of Mendoza. It is modern city with streets lined with trees and bordered by typical squares and parks. An avenue linked both areas. The General San Martin Park, with a surface of 420 hectares, boasts over 700 tree species, 110 species of local and exotic animals as well as a large lake and wide spaces to practice outdoor sports. Near the center of the city is the Cerro de la Gloria, where the zoo and a monument to General San Martin are located. The outskirts of Mendoza, with its narrow streets surrounded by trees, vineyards, villas, adobe houses and wineries, are the nicest and the most natural of all the big Argentine cities.

    Day 5 : Mendoza
    Breakfast. You will be picked up from your hotel and driven to the La Rural winery and wine museum. Tour and tasting. Next, you will visit Bodega Familia Zuccardi, one of the top exporters of fine Argentine wines. Lunch and tasting. In the afternoon, you will visit Bodega Lopez, a winery that combines a hundred years of family tradition with modern winemaking techniques. Return to you hotel in the late afternoon.


    Day 6: Mendoza – Santiago de Chile
    Breakfast. Today you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Santiago. Upon arrival you will be met and escorted to your hotel. Balance of day free. (B)

    Day 7: Santiago de Chile
    Breakfast. Today your half – day tour begins driving along the avenues of the downtown area across the beautiful Forest Park, the Bella Vista district, the art centre of Santiago and the San Cristobal Hill, a beautiful park located at the foot of the Andes range. A great variety of vegetation will be seen along the way until we get to the top of the hill, where the monument to the Virgin Inmaculada Concepción stands. From this place we get panoramic views of the city of Santiago.Continuing our way along this mountain range, we arrive at the new urban area of La Piramide. Highligths are the districts of Santa María de Manquehue, Lo Curro and La Dehesa. As we drive along the canyon of the Mapocho River, the village of Arrayán may be seen on the hillsides and we are surrounded by a beautiful landscape and snow-capped peaks until get to Las Condes district, excellent shopping centre for handicrafts and fine clothes. Return to the hotel. (B)

    Day 8: Santiago de Chile Concha & Toro Winery Tour 

    Breakfast. This tour starts with a picturesque drive through Pirque Valley and its old haciendas. This valley is known for its agriculture and milk industry. The tour will then drive you through the mountain range crossing the river Maipo, were you will be able to appreciate the colorful splendor of these mountains. Moving on ahead towards the Barrio de las Vertientes on your way to la "Viña de Concha y Toro".A guided tour of Concha y Toros famous wine cellars will follow, where you will learn the elaborate process of Chilean winemaking, as well as sample some fine wines. Return through the Maipo Canyon and the snow-capped Andes to Santiago.

    Day 9 : Santiago de Chile - USA
    Breakfast. Our representative will pick you up at your hotel and transfer you to the airport at the indicated time for your flight back home.(B)
